O Pannerselvam Chief Minister of Tamilnadu is likely to amend the Indian Medical Council Act, 2016, exempting it from the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET). This Bill is likely to be introduced in the current Assembly session.
This Bill would allow the Tamilnadu State to continue with its existing admission policy for both UG and PG courses.
